Type 2 Fun is a free, independent tool. It is not affiliated with intervals.icu or any other platform. This page explains what we store and why.

What we store

• Your account: a user ID and email from your sign-in provider (Clerk).
• Your athlete profile: the numbers you enter (FTP, weight, age, training hours, experience). Used only to build your plan.
• Generated plans and workouts: so you can view them and sync them.
• Connection credentials: if you connect intervals.icu, your API key is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage. If you store an AI key on our server, it is encrypted the same way. You can instead keep your AI key in your browser only, where it never reaches our database.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not train AI models on your data. Your AI key calls the provider on your behalf, using your account.
• We do not store your raw activity files; we read only the metrics needed to build a plan.

Your control

From Settings you can disconnect any platform, remove your AI key, export all your data as JSON, or permanently delete your account and everything tied to it.
